Seriously - you would not assume that the BOD/Management are doing everything they could possibly do to get Sconi funded? Why do you think that they wouldn't be?
I get there are concerns about the BOD/ management expertise to be able to put the funding package together especially as it looks like they going to miss the 30 June deadline - but I'm stunned that anyone would actually think /suggest they're not doing everything they can to get finance across the line.
