I don't really understand it either... Even on the small dividend payout ratio it looks to be an attractive yield buy now... I was thinking the same at $2, have been buying all the way down. A 10c final dividend would do me nicely, have to wait and see if management care to act on the recent SP decline. Given the lack of buying on the buyback, I won't be holding my breath. I'm unsure on what it means to others to have Sommers hold such a large proportion of the stock, but it does seem have a negative drag... Unless there's something hidden I can't find?
