Regardless of if you're in favour or not, who calculated that 3500 jobs would be lost? They never said that sheep would no longer be exported. They said live sheep wouldn't be. To me ,that sounds like sheep would be butchered and processed here in Australia which would in fact create more jobs in meat processing and for butchers and then the meat would be exported. My guessing that would create more jobs than those lost
