You say he saw more value taking the technology further. So he walks away supposedly with no bonus pool or any claim to IP that 4DS own. Surely if he was after more value and so critical to the development of the IP he would have stayed with company and even helped progress the technology even after sale. I think all the share holders are happy that we have someone running the company with the same objectives as us finally, a sale. I would rather take a pay day now with a choice to invest in company that takes 4ds further, rather than grow too old to make use of any of the greater rewards that may be potentially down the line.
If Desu was so important to 4DS he would still be involved not having left under a cloud.
