Why would XAM ever be sold for 10cps???
There is a still big opportunistic gap to close with deal not even priced in by mkt!
As per XAM slide 5, Implied Transaction EV = $45m MKT CAP less CASH ($11.3m Phase 1/2 + 50% of Phase 3 A$24m) = $11M
Such a massive disconnect between the deal and what market is pricing - massive buying opportunity while the market is asleep me thinks
