to simplify mgtre options:
Mgtre can no longer be traded
mgtre= mgt plus 1 5 cent option for every 2 options you purchase for 2.5 cents
new options will have a purchase price of 5 cents that expire 1 year from issue
the options are partially underwritten so any shares not converted by share holders will be purchased by them or from other shareholders requesting more shares when applying.
