What part of safety don't you understand? It doesn't mean the drug worked.
You also don't seem to be aware that Orphan Drugs have far lower requirements for safety and efficacy. The fact that Scenesse is approved for EPP doesn't mean it will meet the far higher requirements of mainstream indications.
