A "No" to the first question is not really correct.
Brainchip does have a lot of non disclosures and it certainly is "aware of information concerning it that has not been announced to the market which, if known by some in the market, could explain the recent trading in its securities".
If I was the CEO, I would have answered it under the legal cloud of NDA...they have been doing it in all the talks so why not now...it's not a false statement and I'm sure someone like Elon Musk would have loved to play a mind game with ASX if he was asked the same question especially when the SP is seeing a jump. Missed opportunity on day where Brainchip could have made headlines for rocketing when the rest of tech shares are tanking...not very tactical from management I think!
