two different things
1. Avz holds minimum of 51% of Dathcom, after CATH deal. Only when people can buy another 2% of dathcom from avz, then avz potentially loses the control. Why would you sell in the first place?
2. Buying 2% of avz share has nothing to do with DATHCOM. In fact, cath holds 7+% avz shares via tianyi and will benefit from the company's grow (and might negotiate the offtake etc as a partner) however again nothing to do with their 24% of Dathcom.
