Reading through the Paydirt presentation from early April they talked all around the pending program for environment protection and rehabilitation decision. Not sure whether they were over confident of themselves but that decision is an important milestone for the project and worth highlighting. I also think it was sloppy dumb to do the cap raise before the PEPR decision was made. Of course in the longer run this all should be neither here nor there. (While they wait for the PEPR maybe they could spend a couple of hours cleaning up their website, all getting a bit loose).
