If she hasn’t done anything wrong, she can’t simply be terminated for the sake of it. And that is when an employment payout is used.

Like I said. If she wants to disclose it, she should reimburse the funds.

Given she is happy for disclosure why won't the govt authorise disclosure.

Hiding behind a secrecy clause in such a circumstance makes it look very fishy.
