this is not correct.
AVZ owns 75%.
When the CATL deal is finalized, AVZ owns 51%
The 15% was sold to ZiJin (the Chinese) by Cominiere.
So in the worst case, if the transaction between Cominiere and the chinese(ZiJin) is being approved, AVZ still owns 51%
