The other glaringly obvious fact with of this is:Would the DRC sign off/decree the ML if there was outstanding issues or legal disputes?
No, not even close.They have spent the last few years cleaning up shop so they can be credible on a world stage again.
And they have looked through everything with a fine tooth comb for AVZ to be the text book case moving forward.Avz has done things by the book and will be rewarded accordingly.
