I have read several media articles either from local or international sources and either positively or negatively.
It seems that a 51% share is somewhat secured, albeit in some disputes.
However, it's highly probable that Zijin will successfully get that 15% share from Cominiere.
Jincheng is jointly controlled by Zijin and Cominiere whereas Zijin and Cominiere have a much closer relationship than Cominiere with AVZ.
So, the most likely outcome is
AVZ 51% + CATH 24% + Jincheng (Zijin and Commiere's subsidiary) 15% + DRC 10%.
