Disagree. GGG initiated arbitration because the company believed the GoG would not follow due process based on the meetings they had and that the GoG would not approve the exploitation license due to the 100ppm limit. That's clearly not the case. Arbitration would be a waste of time if the GoG decision not to approve the exploitation license has nothing to do with the 100ppm limit.
Its possible the GoG has not made a decision, will follow the due process and will announce their decision in approximately six months.
