I like this line on the Zijin site : "If the transfer is successful (CATH), AVZ's actual holding of shares will drop to 36% and there is no absolute control". So Zijin who would only hold 15% make a point to mention AVZ will not have control even though the CATH deal would obviously be dropped and AVZ still have a right to take another 10%- 15% . A little brazen to say the least . So in a fantasy world what could happen is AVZ hold 70%-75% Zijin hold 15% . The loser will be CATH .
