what exactly is a binding joint venture agreement?
if said $50M hardware is forthcoming and actually is worth that then I will eat my words. far more likely for said JV to fade into being mutually non-beneficial after serving its purpose. read the history and tell me you trust this crew to deliver..... on anything... dyor.
