I do marvel at OCC trading. Classic retail. Over 5 million shares exchanged hands over $0.50 recently (less than two months ago) on the announcement of TGA approval for Remplir (don't look at free charts, they are useless):


I did repeatedly flag sellers in February and March that a TGA announcement was overdue. Sure enough they were approved and whilst the move did not hold, look at the sorry prices retail sold at in preceeding days vs the massive liquidity event of an announcement and the higher prices offered.

This is not advice. Go look at the data over the years, its irrefutable. Not just in OCC, in most bio-techs. If you are (rightly) fed up with Australian bio-tech management failing to get things commercailised fast enough and want to sell out, you are better advised to exercise some patience and sell when the announcements are made. History says you will get better pricing in your selling of your stock. You know you have several bigger announcements likely this quarter from management disclosure. That is one area you are better informed than the market generally that piles in and buys these stocks on announcement spikes everytime with predictability - its probably some of those same 50c+ buyers getting broker margin calls and selling now....
