Price is played intentionally for shareholders to avoid taking part in spp … we seen the same in 2020 cr .
Then Tudor/Bell Potter or whoever is taking the shortfall will scoop all the shares are left …. It’s not easy to buy on market 250m shares in one go is it …When they load up and shorts covered at the same time , will let the brakes off.
Spending few shares by selling under 10.5c ( and many of them probably to themselves and shorters) wont affect their pockets and collect most of the shortfall … in 2020’s Cracow’s acquisition they did the same and picked up 2/3rds of shortfall shares to themselves @ 3c … And we know what followed …
