AVH got TGA approval in 2006 and also another 33 country approval based on company announcement so basically period to penetrate now about 16 years and if think it can still penetrate under the se leadership then you are day dreaming.... IMO.
as everyone probably know that penetration is an art so not everyone can do it smoothly and completely
