For sure. It's exacerbated the move lower. But to be trading at 4.5% of NPV with a PFS already complete and real indications of strong support from government, strategic partners, and institutional investors. It just doesn't add up.
A 60% decline for a 6 month delay just screams of irrational investing. However, it just seems so ridiculous, I get the feeling I might be missing something.
