he not investing in the company they loaned the company 10mil and could take the whole company if payment not made...
who knows he could pay himself that for a wage and take over the company for next to nothing,,,
the money likely came from original shareholder from payments in the first place..
it could go one hundred different ways... shareholders likely get screwed....
