can someone explain to how is it the office REITS in the USA are doing very badly most are 50% down from their all time highs like VORNADO, SL GREEN, yet here office REITS are doing pretty well and holding up very well, how is this?
will the bad news from USA office sector come here eventually? or is aussie office immune from the problems in the US office sector?
