Just a thought, I am not sure if Ronen still has the cloud to get Cannacord to P&D for the balance of his holdings. After the group of shareholders and directors who took EMC to RTO here has left, it might not worth Cannacord risking investigation for a fee for a sale of less than $1m. Furthermore, I don't think he is involved in any other new listings in ASX, so not much favours in exchange. I believe he had sold his 583k shares between 10/21 and 3/22 all just above 20c level. Another scenario I might suggest is that he took the opportunity to sell above 20c, and that few days from 30/3/22 gave him that chance.

Here lies the question, why did he sell? There could be many reasons, perhaps just moving on to his next projects.

What I am comfortable is Richard is not selling.

At 21c, I bought some today, which is at lower price of Tom's options exercise price.
