Yes, it depends on the temperature and flow-rate of hot water and steam coming out of a well, and how many wells you can economically drill in the area available. In volcano-hosted, high temperature, hydrothermal systems you can get a lot of energy out of a small number of wells in a small area, so the drilling cost per MWe is relatively low. This project will require a large number of wells over a large area for a relatively high cost per MWe, and you will need to pump the water out with even higher cost.
I can see a series of tiny local power plants of less than 0.5 MWe located around one or two wells, equivalent to a few paddocks of solar panels, but I can't see how this inferred resource report can ever lead to a profitable project of significant scale.
