re. SYA, from most articles I have read, NAL does not fall under BAPE as it was already a operating mine. Authier was 90% complete from what we know (verbally) but not in writing that I can recall.
Tansim not in a huge rush as they don't require to implement straight away.
DFS is delayed like everything else that comes out of SYA, I don't mind saying this but Canada does really remind me of the saying when we speak about Western Australia (WA) it stands for Wait Awhile. I do deal with both alot.
