Safe, as in, less risk on the downside to your capital, to wait on the sidelines.
To me it seems the worst that could happen if you lose everything, and the best that could happen is that they sweep the whole board away and find someone to take over. I don't think BB's head will be enough given the board is now tainted. If I was a new CEO I'd want to clear the lot of them out just to get some credibility back. That will take a long time.
