There's been some very large single sell trades on SWF in the last couple of days. One just went through for around 700,000 shares. There aren't many shareholders who could be selling in such a large single trade.

I wonder if the requisitioning shareholders are aware of their obligations to notify the market if their holding changes by more than 1%. If any of them sells enough shares that the combined total falls below 15.75%, they would all be required to update the market within 2 days.

If any of them has started selling shares (possibly because they think they've lost the vote), they could all be in breach of the market rules and open to litigation, unless they meet the notification requirements.
