Fully funded - just received $6m Commonwealth grant (not a loan).
Low debt $10m - average rate across the capex is 3%.
At 47 per mth cashflow positive
Increasing resource coming from extended drilling (maybe this quarter). NPV will increase from $130m to north of $250m.
IRR already 154%. This will go through the roof as no new capex required.
