What legal recourse do shareholders have if AVZ management have been holding back on announcements about the ownership of Manono?

Reading through the statement by Zijin (https://www.zijinmining.com/news/118835.htm) if we are to take them at their word then we've been left in the dark about the transfer of ownership in 2021 and the court proceedings in 2021 and 2022. All that seems to be very relevant information for shareholders and we should have been informed (unless I missed it?).

Even yesterday AVZ are stating they will have 75% after the ML, so from my understanding either Zijin are lying or AVZ are lying.
I would lead to Zijin lying, but that just opens them up to litigation from shareholders does it not?
