Yes I agree there is risk attached, but you are implying there is only risk attached and that there is no honesty in the DRC otherwise you would be taking a more pragmatic approach in your discussions. Instead you are focusing only on the negatives while providing no balance to your argument. Or are you willing to state that all processes in the RDC are fraudulent???
