Many here talk about the so called gold standard of clinical trials. This gold standard was developed more than half a century ago. Apparently MSB all ways falls short, yet MSB has conducted P3 randomized controlled and blinded trials in GVHD yet the only approved drug for sr.aGVHD has not. They also choose to ignore that we now live in a high tech world were data is collected and annalases carried out giving very accurate outcome measures.

They also choose to ignore positive announcements in regards to the 90% mortality found through biomarkers and Remestemcell abilities to turn this around to a 64 % survival.

They choose to ignore new developments in biomarkers that can accurately assess the benefit to any particular patient of been given MSCs of sufficient quality.

They ignore that MSC quality can be tested for as a final potency assay as at least one critical quality attribute has been established.

Never do we hear from certain posters about the sale figures of what now is standard of care drugs that are very toxic costly and show no survival benefit. We talking multiple billion dollar revenue. They however do love to ridicule forward sale estimates that have had significant research put into there annalases.

So is it any wonder that the so called cult that actually do a reasonable amount of research are some what skeptical of the motivation of many that literally post all day long casting repeated rubbish.
