What about if the board thinks he is doing a brilliant job, knowing that they probably have a full picture of what's going on unlike us who rely on company anns and quarterly reports? I wouldn't be surprised if the board is more than happy with JB's performance so far. I am reliably informed that the company was aware of the problems but couldn't find the right engineering staff to implement the solutons due to labor challenges in Australia, and specifically WA.What do you do?
