Why would AVZ need to agree with an arbitration hearing. They are clearly confident in their legal position in the DRC.
Why would Zijin want arbitration outside of DRC? Because they are not getting the answer they want from the DRC legal system and Govt.
AVZ best to ignore Zijin request. AVZ have no case to answer to Zijin as it was Cominiere who have dudded them.
There is no link between AVZ and Zijin contractually in any agreement so there is nothing to arbitrate.
