HIO will go JV with a 3rd party who will fork out most of the cost (for the Slurry Pipeline!). HIO will then pay by the tonne (at a reduced rate because of the JV)
It will get backed and supported by the SA Govt (who are also considering Major Project Status application at the moment with an imminent decision). IMO they will grant MPS as it will then open up the Braemar (potentially for MGT down the track!)
HIO won’t own 100% of the infrastructure!!!
