    The rig falling over, and the Surprise well, what does that tell you about CTP knowledge of the Oil/Gas game.
    CTP trouble is that Dingo PV Mreeneeie are depleted, no matter how many wells they drill its NEVER going to come good, by the way PV have had deep wells drilled, they all was dusters.
