haven't read the report, just skimming this thread, but this gotta be it. like @mondyinvest said, in this market nothing matters other than cold hard profits, this isn't 2020 and beginning of last year where the market applauds higher losses/low profits in exchange for revenue growth. XRO isn't being sold because of valuation, 10x sales is cheap for saas, xero is unable to demonstrate profitability so market punishes it hard.
