I'm at a loss to understand why this company is not a private one; what benefit does Lev have to keep this public given his reluctance (seemingly) to leverage the market for either debt/equity funding. Huge respect for Lev and how he looks after shareholder wealth, but just hard for me to understand the motivation to have this public

the company runs on an oily rag, has virtually no cash, and when 1H was still looking dire, Lev pumped in a profit of 800k which along with his share purchases in a pretty illiquid stock has IMO kept the share price where it currently sits

I appreciate the huge potential of this business, but FY22 revenues of ~16m and perhaps 1-2m in PAT excluding the sale of the IP in this market does not support a 120m MC business; they would have to double sales next year and then grow at 10-20% annualy with improved margins to support the current valuation...so a lot has to go right
