Unless it was just one investor, some of the top 20 were probably among those who just bought in the raise at 8c. I wonder if the offer was capped. If it wasn’t, then they probably invested what they could and won’t be buying again on market. You don’t have to be a top 20 holder to buy at this price. When your honest executive chairman is saying the company is seriously undervalued, how many more smoke signals do you need before buying?
