The fundamental problem is despite charging extortionate amounts to merchants, and customers, they still cant cover their cost of doing business
There is a reason banks charge 20%+ on credit card balances, and use credit scoring as part of their due diligence before issuing credit
The business model of BNPL is fundamentally broken, and even moreso once we have a proper (inflationary) recession
