Omniblend Nourish was a FAILURE.

There is no conspiracy theory here lol.

This is imo why DR is a bit hesitant to go into this space and says things like “it’s a challenging market”. I think this failed venture probably explains some of the debt in OB that was paid out on takeover.

The APlus product was his shot at the IF market but it failed. It appears roduction was outsourced to a Company called Australian Dairy Industries. I’m not sure of the licensing arrangements, but it’s clear this product failed.

The Omniblend Nourish website has not been updated since 2015.

The ADI website has not been updated since 2019.

The premises that ADI operated from in Keillor Park were sold with VACANT POSSESSION in 2018.

This is all basic DD that could be found in about 5 minutes.

Note: I do think now with the combination of IF capability in NZ and the instant reach to the BUYER of IF (post pregnancy mums) via the THM that production of a THM branded IF is coming. This would actually be a genius move by Management.
