I have gone further with this, down the rabbit hole as they say.

Point is, the only way this project can be mined is with a company holding at least 51%, before and after being signed off by mines minister. This decree includes, the holding of *Good title* the required wording, for the DRC Minister to be satisfied that the holding company is legal.

this is included in one part of the 4 parts required as per the technical opinion satisfaction that was awarded around 14 April 2022.

I won't and can't post every link. But suffice to say, zinjin screwed by some African fraudsters by thinking they got an upper hand. That 15% can be awarded until such time as the ML is awarded.

AVZ have good title to the 75%, and the Mines Minister agrees. No wonder nigel is smiling. Don't reckon we are going to Paris either.

if Cong / zijin are winners, one way around the ownership is to give them equivalent equity in AVZ. Gives them liquidity with the same ownership.
