- effective target cells engaged (intracellular miracle in itself)
- long cellular engagement duration (relatively)
- safe (min off targets reported)
PYC pipeline image has been refreshed on their website to list OPA1 as a co-lead, anticipate refining of the shared delivery backbone to show even greater effectiveness/efficiency data.
