I know what you are saying Money, & I too am sceptical about it. but isn't it a case of looking the gift horse in the mouth? it's not often you are offered unlimited (well, nearly) numbers of a stock at 4 c when the market price is 6 c.
admittedly, one might have to be nimble on one's feet after close of offer & when normal trade resumes for the SPP shares. when will that be anyway?
