Holdings wont be spread over 10, 20 different accounts - stop being ridiculous. Take a look at the current T20 - it's one of the weakest you will ever see for a company valued at $400m, so 'any' takeover will likely be opportunistic with full script offer. Anything could happen, takeover is the last thing I'm thinking about.
