A less negative view on 9SP, page-17

Original 9spokes business was a free program, deriving revenue via SMB's that used the App's linked to the 9spokes platform, where the revenue was generated was via business's advertising via these App's, 9spokes would get a minor percentage of the cost of such advertising... that was the original revenue stream..

In regards to revenue derived from companies such as VISA etc, yes this is achieved in another form, however it still isn't ground breaking to get 9SP into cash flow positive territory ..

recently 9spokes has taken their free service and turned into a "free trial" which turns into a monthly subscription after a month if SMB's wish to continue using it..

obviously desperation is now coming through as revenue streams are still not even close to cash flow positive... cash burn is high, meaning CR is inevitable or a JV or TO is needed... hence the recent TO enquiring was welcomed by Adrian, however they obviously didn't like what they saw and moved on, costing shareholders over $400K (that is never going to get old, someone made a killing out of that moment)

One of my main drama's with this company is the  amount of college students that get employed literally just out of college ,  lacking true experience ... one highly experienced IT guy would be worth 3 of these college students IMO...  to top it of 9spokes seems to waste a lot of time on the likes of LinkedIn and Twitter, nothing is generated here, the impressions and likes are derived mostly from 9spokes staff them selves... its a bloody joke... they literally post on LinkedIn constantly... and with photos like this:



Image is everything in business.. how is this a good look, they look like bogans that just left the pub... the 9spokes image on the wall looks like a $100 3d printer print out... this is the look they are going for? how can  you take these guys professionally at all?

Even Adrian still has this image on his professional LinkedIn profile picture:



The joke is on shareholders... I think 9spokes if a cash cow for the likes of Adrian thanks to being listed on the ASX... money for jam...

Why not at least look professional for the world to see like this:

and if your going to publish your staff representing the company with your logo, how about making them look professional, have a work standard in presentation at least, here Adrian here is a example for staff appearance:

have them look professional at least, you want VISA to see staff look like bogans or like sophisticated intellects..



When posing staff photos for the world to see, instead of sloppy clothing and goofy looks, why not try something empowering while being smartly dressed:


IMO these are just the basics for representation via appearance ... how can any one take these guys serious when you have a image of Adrian have a pub meal and a few bogan like staff standing in front of a cheap ass logo... get professional man... If I had a staff member turn up for work looking like they couldn't give a shit about their appearance I would send them home, first and last warning, once chance only..

IMO 9 spokes has a huge opportunity to gain traction, obviously Adrian has achieved links to banks and alike, foot in the door.. however a couple have walked away already... IMO they don't look professional, come across unprofessional, the platform still needs work, reviews and comments indicate the platform is slow to respond at times and that assistance is slow and lacking, google review for 9spokes... you would think after all these years such things would have been easily perfected..

this company had a 40million market cap, now just hovering around 5million...

for those that have had enough of the negative view, how about proving and showing us how 9spokes is going to get out of raising money yet again just to survive?, how will they become cashflow positive in the short term...

Has the SP been manipulated to the likes of such lows to achieve a easy takeover?, are there other agendas at play here?... or is this company simply unprofessional not only in appearance but also in dealings with larger companies and organisations ... one way or another, you have to admit they need to lift their game, maybe start by deleting your pub photo Adrian on a business professional site along with goofy looking staff pictures...
