    The largest shareholder in TEG put the new board and new CEO in place just to answer and benefits them and them only and they don't get a sh$t about the small shareholder ,I have been a directors and a board member plenty of times and the votes go to the person paying your wages and thats it,Maybe they had to do a CR but I'm sure they may have been other options and a better solution ,The best solution for TEG is the sell there gas shares hopefully above 70cent and use the money elsewhere
