I've heard some overseas talk of a 40 year morguage as well, I'm on record as saying that I think property prices will fall but surley the property Bulls can admit these schemes coming one after the other are last ditch efforts to prop prices up? If everything was fairly valued and there was no problem then why would these schemes be needed at all?
