Me too mate, I'm here for the battery recycling as well. I've got plenty of other lithium & nickel stocks in my portfolio.

It's my speculation that the BOD was waiting for HNR to trade around her pre-consolidation CR price, which we only hit in the last week or two. It's my belief management wanted all investors to get the chance to top up before the CR, so the "dilution" & consolidation doesn't throw a spanner in the works for too many investors.

I mean, these guys do compliance for other ASX listed companies but doing due diligence for their own company takes five months? I don't think so.

Now we're trading well below our CR price, I suspect the prospectus/voting/CR for Greenhouse will be due any day now.

Thank you for your post & valid comments on these threads, it's much appreciated. I understand the frustration of all holders & I'm sure Greenhouse & NMT want things to move a little faster as well.
