18 months on and the reverent Justice of the Supreme Court seems to put all other works ahead of giving a judgement on this case. The delays are not justified with the plaintiff, defendant and thousands of downstream shareholders being denied natural justice.

Judicial accountability to the general public is hard for someone who has a security of tenure - essentially they reign until death or retirement. Using the Judge's present demonstration of time (non)expediency I think that I may beat the judge to one of those options.
